Demos will be done to teach the different methods and flavor profiles of tamales from South America through the United States. Participants will see demos for each area and be able to watch chefs prepare tastings with side dishes and beverages as well. Participants will travel from one area to the next to experience all the flavors.
Parking is available on site.
