WCR dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal tax purposes, but may be deductible as a business expense. WCR dues are nonrefundable.  Membership is for one year from the date dues are received. The WCR dues year begins September 1 of each year. For those joining after the first quarter of the dues year, a prorata share of the dues paid is credited to the following year's dues.

Student - $45
     For any individual currently enrolled as a student in a full-time culinary, restaurant management or professional wine program.
Beginning Restaurant Professional - $55
     For any individual currently working as an hourly beginning restaurant professional.
Chef/Restaurant/Culinary Professional - $95
     For any individual currently employed in a restaurant or in the food industry as a chef, cook, caterer, wine professional or culinary educator.
Friend of WCR - $140
     For any individual not employed in the culinary or hospitality industry.  This category welcomes those who support the mission and goals of WCR.
Executive Member - $195
    

For any individual executive chef, chef/owner, owner/operator or operating partner, consultant and any other professionals providing services to the culinary industry.
Small Business Member - $280
     For restaurants and small businesses that provide goods or services to the restaurant industry.  This membership provides membership for up to three people at the same mailing address.
Corporate Member - $1650
     For any corporation interested in supporting the mission and goals of WCR.  This membership provides benefits for up to ten people, not necessarily at the same mailing address.
